Well, took a little longer than thought to put together this very sparse range of pics.I attended all Saturday and Sunday afternoon.Plenty of action and clinical driving skills by ALL the drivers.The lines were amazing and level would rate as highest I have seen at D1 for some time as far as consistancy is concerned.My pic skills suck and after this lot have decided to dedicate some serious time to developing this art;)

Kawabata (real Kawabata) was on fire in the singles putting out 100 scores.2nd was Daigo Saito with Kuroi right up his......Tokita was almost unstoppable as was Tezuka.These guys really made it one helluva weekend and glad I wasn`t judging.Hibino in his AE86 stunned me and a lot of others with his "in your face" driving and totally matched the big engines of the other top guys and fully deserved to be lined up against Daigo in the final on Saturday.Proceedings turned somewhat confusing with Daigo`s Mark II having turbo probs and prehaps Hibino can feel more than a little aggrieved at the eventual outcome.I`ll leave it at that;)Weather was mid 30s on Sunday and medical teams were kept busy dealing with spectators dehydrating.Well done to drivers, teams, organisers, Okayama circuit and estimated 17,000fans for an extremely entertaining weekend!
